Alena Kovalová, tel.: +420720850816, e-mail: alena.kovalova1@avioaero.com Roles and Responsibilities: As a CAD/PLM Sr Technical Product Manager you will: Own and maintain CAD/PLM software products (NX, Teamcenter and other) to enable and support the implementation of programs for civil and military applications Manage software product lifecycle and obsolescence, develop and present business cases for investments in technologies and software products in your domain Participate actively in planning research and development activities Act as the DT/IT team liaison with the Engineering community in Prague, proactively engaging them to ensure proper support; Elaborate and map business requirements into functional and technical solutions in alignment with global strategy ; Work closely with implementation teams to drive developments on CAD/PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) platforms; Interact with international, cross-business and cross-functional Agile teams to deliver global solutions for the Engineering teams; Establish strong relationships with DT counterparts across the org, Europe and US based. Apply the Agile methodology and the Scrum framework to deliver solutions on time and on cost. Conduct customer and stakeholder interviews and elaborate on personas. Education Qualification:

Track metrics & works quality improvement plans to address problem areas. Review and approve quality plans, investigate quality escapes to provide root cause analysis and ensure effective corrective actions are taken. Mentor suppliers in the application of quality tools & requirements Ensure compliance, and drive improvement plans where needed. Review documentation and witness supplier practices to determine if sound manufacturing and inspection principles are in place. Participate to Weekly review and Monthly operative review when it is needed. Qualifications/Requirements: Engineering Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university or college. Strong experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Shop Operations, Materials or Sourcing. Fluent in English. Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required. Desired Characteristics: Shop Floor Quality or Manufacturing experience. Basic understanding of Quality Management System (policies, procedures, and support tools / systems). Understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing. Ability to analyze and resolve problems. Highly collaborative, team-oriented individual. Lean Six Sigma trained.
